At Olympus Business Services, we will always strive to a professional, accurate and responsive outsourced payroll service. This means that we pay great attention to detail and work closely with you to achieve that. Our payroll system is tailored to provide each client with a simple and efficient service whilst maintaining a very high level of security. Our services includes salary and bonus processing, payslips, preparing IRP5's, PAYE reconciliations, monthly salary journal, leave days and providing monthly/weely reports to the client.  


Olympus Business Services is a SAIBA registered accounting practice that provides outsourced accounting, bookkeeping and tax services to small, medium and established businesses in South Africa. We embrace technology to communicate and collaborate with all our valued clients. We use Sage Pastel and SageOne accounting and payroll services.

Outsourced Accounting and Bookkeeping Services


Our services are very flexible and suits the needs of every business. We provide monthly management reports, tax planning and submissions at a fixed monthly fee or retainer fee. Annual financial statements are prepared within 6 months after the year end to comply with the Company's Act. 

Our outsourced accounting department works closely with the Tax and Corporate Statutory Services to provide a range of outsourced accounting and payroll services. These include:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts

  • Financial Reporting packs

  • Preparing Audit packs

  • Preparing Annual Financial Statements

  • Assistance with preparations of budgets and monitoring

  • Preparation and reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable

  • Preparation of requisitions

  • Processing of payment of accounts

  • E-filing process for VAT and employee tax returns

  • Business plans and cash flow projections/forecasts

 We can assist with short term assignments or specific projects to meet client’s needs. These may include the initial setup of company records onto Pastel and the catch up of records to a current financial position. Our services extend to large international and multi-national companies, South African focused entities that want to outsource some or all of the administration and small private companies and trusts



Corporate Statutory Services

Our Corporate Statutory Department provides clients with a wide range of statutory services including:

  • The formation and registration of all forms of companies, including public and private companies, personal liability companies, ring fenced companies, non-profit companies and external companies.
  • Drafting and amending a company’s Memorandum of Incorporation.
  • Conversion of companies and close corporations
  • Conversion and alteration of the share capital of companies
  • Allotment, repurchase and transfer of shares
  • Attend to the preparation, completion and lodgement of the Annual Return
  • The maintenance and storage of statutory records
  • The drafting of resolutions (ordinary and special) and preparing minutes of meetings

  • Perform the duties of the company secretary in all its forms.
